1. Definitions
Booking Website: The courier booking website used to request deliveries. Courier Company: The courier or logistics business fulfilling the delivery. End Customer / You: Any person or business placing a booking through the Booking Website. System Provider: The technology provider supplying the booking platform.
2. Nature of the Service
2.1 The Booking Website provides an online platform to request courier services, calculate pricing, and make payments.
2.2 The System Provider does not provide courier or transport services.
2.3 All deliveries are performed solely by the Courier Company selected during checkout.
3. Bookings & Payments
3.1 Prices displayed are calculated based on information provided by the End Customer.
3.2 Payments are processed via secure third‑party payment gateways.
3.3 A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
3.4 Incorrect parcel dimensions, weights, or addresses may result in:
- Additional charges, or
- Cancellation of the booking.
4. Delivery & Performance
4.1 Delivery times are estimates only.
4.2 Neither the Booking Website nor the System Provider guarantees:
- Delivery times
- Successful delivery outcomes
- Condition of parcels
4.3 All delivery risks transfer to the Courier Company once a booking is accepted.
5. Cancellations, Refunds & Disputes
5.1 Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the Courier Company.
5.2 The System Provider does not issue refunds unless legally required.
5.3 Any disputes regarding delivery, damage, or loss must be raised directly with the Courier Company.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate booking information
- Comply with prohibited items regulations
- Ensure lawful shipment of goods
- Accept the Courier Company’s delivery terms
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 The System Provider is not liable for:
- Lost or damaged parcels
- Delayed or failed deliveries
- Indirect or consequential losses
7.2 Liability, if any, is limited to the booking fee paid for the affected transaction.
8. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws, including POPIA.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
